This chamber is top notch.  Very well made construction.   They didn’t leave out any details, even came with walkie talkies so you can communicate with whoever is in the chamber.    Steve was our sales rep, and he was so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way.   And Edgar helped us get it put together!   He even answered my text messages on the weekend! What a wonderful buying experience!!! Julie in sales could not have been more helpful. Oliver came through when I had a special request for a hdmi cable, he made it work. We received the 40" dual unit a week ago and could not be more impressed with it's quality and ease of operation. Oxygen Health Systems  has it all together. Here is an update ~~  we bought the chamber to help my wife who has had Multiple Sclerosis for over 40 years. The last 7 years have been a struggle for her. Walker and wheelchairs. After 1 week of 60 minute sessions, she was able to walk unaided for the first time in years. That was Friday .. it continued Saturday and Sunday. She struggled Sunday afternoon with temperatures hitting 115 in Phoenix. There have been many tears in the past week and are very optomistic for the future. We just had one of their hyperbaric oxygen chambers delivered today and we were very impressed with how fast we got this delivered. It only took a few weeks to have it brought from Illinois to Colorado. Then the men that helped bring it into the house were absolutely wonderful. Can't thank you guys enough! After my wife was diagnosed with dementia,I decided to get HBOT. I found Oxygenhealthsystems. Their sales staff and technicans were helpful in my purchase of a state of art chamber. I gave this 2 stars, but it's nuanced.  Overall, I really like the system that I bought from them.  It's the 36-inch soft chamber with 2 oxygen units and an AC unit.  I use it every day and think it's high quality. But there are two aspects of my experience with the company that led me to give them 2 stars. First, I bought the side-entry unit.  For some reason, perhaps because of the side entry, the frame inside the chamber has moved (one end of the frame has rotated clockwise quite a bit).  This caused a couple problems.  One, a metal splinter formed on the frame (perhaps because of the shearing when the frame moved?).  It was sharp enough that it cut me, but I clipped it off and put duct tape over it.  But more importantly, I worry that it could happen again and puncture the unit.  Two, because the frame moved, the AC unit, which rests on one of the side beams of the frame, tilted about 60 degrees to the right (it started off level, then tilted).  In order to keep the AC unit level, I use string to keep the right side level. Second, when I emailed the company about this issue, they didn't address my questions and concerns, and in fact didn't respond to multiple emails from me.  I was quite disappointed in their customer service. Overall, I like the unit I bought, but if I could do it again, I would buy the top-entry unit.  I would advise against the side-entry.  I can post pics of what the frame looks like now if people want.
