Our OxyAir 32-inch Chamber is one of our most popular lying-style tubular portable hyperbaric chambers as it is our lowest-cost chamber but with food-grade components and innovative technology integrated. This chamber at 1.3 ATA has 7 windows and a full set of features and quality integrated with a professional look and feel. This highly durable chamber system is certified Phthalate free (No Off-gassing) and can be operated without the assistance of a second person as it provides ease of entrance and exit without the use of obtrusive straps. It offers an upgraded Devilbiss FDA-Cleared 10 LPM oxygen generator (In Stock) producing 95% to 96% oxygen purity and can deliver compressed oxygen at 1.3 ATA / 42 KPA.

A dehumidifier / Air Cooler is included at no additional cost to make your sessions more comfortable and may decrease the air temp about 4 degrees. This is not to be confused with the Air conditioning system, which can substantially keep your chamber cool.

Our systems can also be ordered as AC-READY which will prep our system to accept our dual action air conditioning system.

The air conditioning system works twofold. First, it cools the air coming from the compressor. Second, it circulates a water-cooled loop through the internal chamber for a substantial additional cooling effect. Combined with the integrated negative ion generator, this is designed to recreate the feeling of being at the beach, surrounded by negative ions.

Every chamber is built with safety in mind. Standard safety features include an emergency pressure relief button, interior and exterior pressure gauges, and dual redundant pressure regulators to maintain consistent circulatory airflow during treatments. The system also includes a power outage alarm, a grounding system to remove possible static electricity, an attendant notification system, certified food-grade materials, and continuous long-term pressure testing at substantially higher pressures.

The chamber fabric is a 44 oz triple-layered design using a durable PET polyester embodied TPU material. PET material, commonly known as polyester resin, is the most important variety in thermoplastic polyester. Its physical properties are milky white or light yellow highly crystalline polymer, with a smooth and shiny surface. Creep resistance, fatigue resistance, and abrasion resistance, low abrasion and high hardness, with the greatest toughness among thermoplastics. TPU is a thermoplastic elastomer that is a blend of rubber and plastic. This certified food-grade TPU material is tough, flexible, durable, and resistant to abrasions like oils and lubricants.

We have also integrated our new negative ionizer system, which is an optional feature to utilize and allows for the compression of negative ions into the body. This system is said to mimic the ionic environment of being at the beach.

Test systems have been running continuously at over 3 times standard pressure, with more than 43,000 hours of chamber testing and no faults, including units tested at up to 1.8 ATA. The Hyperbaric Chamber reservoir bag is rated to last 39 years if used 1 hour per day, 5 days per week. Manufacturing is certified to ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO13485.
